That I am responsible for filing taxes since Houston-Travelnetwork will be paying for my services as contract help (no taxes nor social security will be withheld). All documents given to me are proprietary to Houston-Travelnetwork and should be returned if I leave or my employment is terminated. I will continue to receive commissions for my sales as customers renew their yearly advertisement contracts.
